The service and support are excellent on my order. Products received in timely fashion. There was good feed back to email to always let me know status of the order. My only issue is the packaging of the knives....nice box for each one but each box lables with MADE IN CHINA....they may be...but i don't want to advertise this to US manufacturing companies who receive this knife as a gift from our company...because of this I rated the product a 3 when it deserves a 4 otherwise.
