Yes, absolutely! Our art department reviews every order to ensure your logo and text are properly sized, aligned, and formatted to look crisp on the item. Before anything goes to print, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval so you know exactly how it will look.

Can I reorder later?

Of course! We’d love to help you stock up again. You can reorder whenever you're ready, and as a thank you for coming back, we waive all future setup and screen charges for your existing design.

Can I mix colors?

Certainly! We make it easy to mix product colors. When you begin the checkout process, just let us know your exact color breakdown in the 'Additional Information' field. You are also welcome to call our support team to place a mixed-color order directly over the phone.

What file format should I upload?

Vector files are always best. We highly recommend uploading your artwork as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or unflattened Photoshop (.psd) file to ensure the crispest print possible.

If you don't have a vector file, no problem! We gladly accept most high-resolution image files (300 DPI or higher), including .jpg, .png, .gif, .tif, .doc, and .pub.

Can I see a proof?

Always. We want to make sure your promotional items turn out exactly as you envisioned. Our art team will email you a digital proof and mockup for your review, and we will not begin the printing process until we receive your official go-ahead.

What if I don't like the proof?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our design team is dedicated to getting your artwork exactly right, and we will happily make adjustments until you approve the proof. If you decide it's just not working out, you can cancel your order for a full, no-charge cancellation.
