Don't Supersize Me, Just Sanitize Me
I've sung the praises of hand sanitizer in the past via this blog, but I don't think I've really appreciated its benefits and convenience fully. That is, until yesterday. I was at a Nascar race and realized that I had no other alternative but to use a Port-a-Potty. Anyone who knows me would instantly realize that I was suffering greatly and that this was really an emergency if I had to stoop to a gross outhouse. Plus, there is no option for hand washing - and I'm all about soap and water and a clean hand towel. But luckily, I remembered my
hand sanitizer wipes and
2 oz. hand sanitizer - both of which came in extremely handy. Each time our group finished using the facilities, I whipped out my sanitizers and doled out the goods to everyone. As a mom, I'm a fan of keeping germs at bay. As a woman who considers no air conditioning roughing it, I'm not a fan of outdoor toilets. And as someone who just wanted to enjoy a great race with her loved ones, I'm a huge fan of sanitizing products.
